We're a husband-and-wife team bringing you handcrafted sourdough made the slow, traditional way. Every loaf begins with our 15-year-old sourdough starter—a healthy, well-loved culture that's been nurtured for over a decade and passed through thousands of loaves.

Each day we bake fresh using simple, wholesome ingredients and plenty of patience. No shortcuts. Just naturally fermented sourdough with incredible flavor and texture.
